Right off the bus stop, Montecassiano is a beautiful medieval village, with a historic piazza, typical italian bars to grab a breakfast or apperativo. "The location is perfect with beach, bars, restaurant and shopping all in easy walking distance. The view from the hotel are immaculate up along the entire coast. The staff were helpful, friendly and proactive. We accidentally left our laptop and iPads in the room safe on check out but we received a call to let us know this had happened and arrangement were made for us to pick them up conveniently. The hotel itself is virtually brand new and is excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to stay there again "

"We didn’t ask if they were dog friendly before we booked and they totally weren’t, and had no flexibility around it so our poor big boy had to spend the night in the car by himself. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good though with homemade omelettes. "
