Sonesta Maho Beach All Inclusive Resort Casino & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing family vacation with two teenagers. They enjoyed the teen club and pools. Property was very clean and safe feeling. A place everyone wants to return for another trip!"
"Ocean Divi Little Bay had great pools and the premium suite we had was very good. I would recommend the hotel for a great stay in St Maarten. Snorkelling at the property was the best I had seen on the island."
"Best pool ever! I thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool. Poolside staff were helpful and friendly (Martin and Christina are great bartenders). The food at Salt was excellent. We almost didn't want to venture out and explore other dining options 👌 Will return."
"We loved our stay. The room was beautiful, large and clean. Air conditioning worked great. We had a Studio with kitchenette, which was actually a complete kitchen with full size fridge/freezer. It was well stocked for 2. Coffeemaker, microwave, dishes, pans, utensils. We used the grocery store at the bottom of the hill. Loved the porch w/chairs and convenient drying rack. We were at the top of the hill which was very steep. But some helpful ladies told us right away to call for a shuttle. We used this regularly, not being as fit as we used to be, lol! It would have been tough without it. Our stay included the breakfast buffet at La Patrona which was fabulous!! So many options-from American to Caribbean fare. Plus fruit, protein options, juices etc. Loved it!! The view of the bay, sitting outside, was my favorite way to start the day! The head hostess lady there each day(missed her name😕) was incredible. She knew how much I liked the view and always gave us a table closest to the water. The resort is huge and goes up a steep hill. There are pools all over so many are super quiet. The beach is crowded of course but to be expected. Loved the Coco beach Bar Happy Hour! The ocean was quite stirred up when we were there but actually had great snorkeling right next to the jetty behind the bar. Saw fish, 3 cool cuttlefish/squid, and even found a conch with a small octopus in it! Had a car and explored the island. Hotel was close to where our boat trips left as well. I Recommend it!"
"No dresser to store clothes. No local channels to watch. The shower ceiling fall on my head could not get another room all the rooms was occupied. No front desk telephone # to call had to go to the front desk had a key to get in the guard gate but the guard come to take our tag number every single time. ,but the hotel is beautiful."
"Honestly wasn’t what I’m used to we weren’t greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink or someone to take our bags we had to approach staff for everything no one came to us at all. No room service limited restaurants. And all inclusive is not so all inclusive overall I love the island itself outside of the resort. Our room was huge we had the 1bedroom suite. Will definitely return but try another resort and if you’re not of Caucasian descent be prepared to be looked over I had to repeatedly say I was next"
"What an amazing property and an even better experience! The rooms were so spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. The location was great for walking around as well. Can't wait to come back!"
"Room was overall kept clean, although sand thabwas tracked into the room was not swept our whole stay. Jay at the bar was the most personable staff member. He was very attentive, kind and sociable. Desk staff were very benign. They didn’t give a warm island welcome feel. Pool area/gardens are beautiful. Definitely need more umbrellas for beach area"
