"Check in was fast and uncomplicated and I never heard once "well, you didn't reserve directly with the hotel so we can't help you". Didn't have to wait long for anything, except maybe the bellhop on Sunday morning. The food in the restaurant was excellent and again, we didn't have to wait a long time. What stood out was they had enough staff to handle the needs of their guests, which is the problem I see the most. How refreshing to have enough staff so that the guests could really enjoy their stay and not be in a hurry to leave..i.e. decent check out time. We had a balcony room, which was really nice for early morning sun and coffee. It was located close to some great shopping, antiques and art. I would highly recommend staying here. It was clean, beautiful and well located. Two staff members I would like to mention are Stephanie and Lee at the front desk."

"Area was grwat for us as we were just in town for one night. Only about 30 minutes from Nissan Stadium and downtown Nashville. We normally puck a hotel that serves breakfast; this one did not have that option, but several fast food option close by."

"Very clean very comfortable although I did ordered handicap accessible room it was supposed to have handicap bars in the higher toilet and it did not but we did check in at 11:30 at night but regardless we picked that room we paid for that room they got the money for that room we should have got that room. But other than that I cannot complain about nothing the breakfast looked amazing but all we had was bananas also they did have store-bought and milk in jugs and they gave us a complimentary bottle of water when it check-in which that was awesome at breakfast they did have individually packed apple juice and little bottles of orange juice in the refrigerator which I thought that was really nice honestly if I ever did have to go back through that part of town I would get a room there."
