"We stayed at this hotel the first night we were in town for the car show. It’s well located right across the street from the beach basically. It’s an older hotel but well kept. Beds were comfortable and things were generally clean. We’ve stayed there before and we would probably stay there again. Though they do raise the price significantly for a car week which is annoying."

"It took 3 tries to get us an adequate room that was clean and comfortable. So many hotels, be choosy and spend the extra $25.."

"Charming old hotel located in the heart of the downtown, historic district across from a beautiful city park overlooking the water and marsh land. George and Judy were very friendly, personable and helpful and a joy to meet. The hotel offers a bar and restaurant as well. The food was good and the entertainment was lively."

"Arrived to check in and found no one in the office, there was a video screen with someone asking "can I help you"? I couldn't hear them so I motioned for my wife to come in. Well she, being about to hear a fly fart, couldn't hear either! An older gentleman walked up and started yelling at her, the lady onscreen, turn it up! turn your mic up! Never could hear!!! We had reservations for a deluxe room with king bed and sleeper sofa, didn't get it, charged a $4.99 fee on top of the quoted "Hotels.com" price. Black hairs all over the room especially the bathroom! Was not an enjoyable night!!! So glad we only had to stay one night!!! The sad thing is it had great reviews, don't know how that happened???"
