Cumae Archaeological Park

I loved being in this hotel. It doesn’t look like much from the street but once you go through the arch, you enter a different world. The lemon garden is the first thing you see before entering the front door. This is the best place to be at night when it becomes the seating area for the hotel’s restaurant. The room was comfortable, but we were most impressed with the staff, who were friendly and knowledgeable. The location, across from Pompeii’s amphitheater entrance and near the heart of modern Pompeii, was an extra plus.
