"Your first impression upon arrival will be WOW this hotel is digusting .. and you would be right ..Hotel was not clean, rooms stunk and were NOT acceptable. Stains on carpet, tubs, sheets. Beds are CHEAP and are not even connected to anything. Parking lot is a disaster, AIR CONDITIONER SOUNDED LIKE A SEMI TRUCK PARKED IN YOUR ROOM. However I will say Hannah at the front desk was wonderful and very understanding. I’m sure she deals with a lot of complaints, yet she was professional and very understanding. "

"The hotel & room were immaculate! The breakfast was fine, as expected at hotels offering free breakfast. I would totally stay here again! One disappointment - when I called they said to book online. So I did that and I received no points on my Hilton Honors program. I am also staying at a Hilton in June inNova Scotia. It is through delta vacations, so I also would get no points. Yet among the choices, I pickedHilton. This makes the Hilton Honors program totally worthless, even though you are choosing Hilton properties. Someone at corporate should look into this!"

"The rooms showed a lot of wear with dirty corners and stained grout in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was disappointing. There was no coffee made at 8:00 am, the juice machine wasn’t turned on, so I went for the prepackaged juice and there was only one small apple juice available. I requested coffee and the front desk staff was quick to put a pot on which she sad I could come back for. A good suggestion is to have trays available to take breakfast to your room."
