É um hotel bom. Bem localizado. Atendimento da equipe é de primeira. O quarto possui problemas de barulho no ar-condicionado, como se tivesse uma lata solta batendo. Fora isso, o resto é ótimo. O café da manhã é ótimo. Máquina de café (paga) da recepção não funcionava direito.

O Hotel tem uma ala nova, e uma ala mais antiga, a qual é difícil até para acessar. Porém, o maior problema é o estado precário das instalações e banheiro da mesma. Ponto mais negativo são as aberturas sem isolamento acústico, ainda mais levando em conta que o hotel fica a beira de uma via bastante movimenta.

Minha família já conhece o hotel. Particularmente meu pai gosta muito. Dessa vez, fiquei um pouco chateada, hospedei 19 pessoas para minha festa de formatura e solicitei translado para o local da festa e o hotel nem avaliou a possibilidade de levar minha família, apenas falaram que não faziam esse tipo de serviço. Entendo, que não fazem esse tipo de serviço, mas 19 pessoas durante quase 1 semana, poderiam abrir uma exceção. O hotel dispõem de restaurante e infelizmente não nos agradou muito, preço exorbitante e porções pequenas.

Este hotel deveria fazer um check list no apartamento, antes do check-in, pois somente na terceira suíte foi satisfatória. Inclusive nesta súite a ducha estava fraca e com pouca agua. Banho de pingo. Reclamei da ducha, mas sem sucesso. Sempre fico e gosto deste hotel. Estes inconvenientes foi surpresa pra mim.

Precisam melhorar

Passamos duas noites . A primeira ficamos de frente para avenida e a acústica é péssima. Fecharam o buraco para tampar a saída do ar condicionado e o barulho da rua entra por ali intensamente. Mudamos para o de fundos no dia seguinte e isso resolveu. Ambos os quartos cheio de mosquitos. Chuveiro demora para aquecer. Café da manhã satisfatório. Atendimento da recepção é excelente. Atendentes são simpáticos e cordiais.

Fiquei decepcionada com a cobrança de estacionamento. Deveria estar explícito no ato da reserva. Ainda, achei o valor caro por um estacionamento que sequer tem cobertura. No mais, o hotel é bom, o quarto é bem escuro (muito bom para dormir) e a ducha é ótima, pena que a drenagem do banheiro é insuficiente para o fluxo de água (banho demorado inunda o banheiro). A cama e travesseiros são confortáveis. O café da manhã é bom, mas senti falta de um pão de queijo.
