"Great location, newer beds and linens, the portion to where we stayed seemed to be recent renovated. Only downfall was the breakfast, I would expect nicker and fresh bread for the price, cheese bread was hard as a rock and some eggs packed (sort of if) dry as well. I want to pointed out that we got to the breakfast room at 9:15am on Sunday and they were closing at 10:00am."

"A decade of excellence, though rooms could use a refresh I have been staying at the Delmond for over ten years, and the service remains consistently excellent. The staff is wonderful, the valet service is seamless, and the overall experience is always high-quality. Room is clean and nice. The amenities here are great—the restaurant and breakfast are both highlights of the stay, and I always enjoy the gym and the nice pool area. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable; however, they are starting to feel a bit dated after all these years. While everything is well-maintained, a modern refresh would really bring the guest rooms up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Still my go-to choice after a decade!"

"Room and property is nice enough. Only major complaint is that the master bed is tiny and very hard. Felt like a box spring, not a mattress. Otherwise, apartment is clean and AC was just enough no keep cool. "

"Hotel in the central area of Cuiabá, with a good location. However, the property is in urgent need of some improvements and renovation. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is outdated and worn. The common areas are a bit aged and could benefit from a more modern design. Breakfast is good, but I missed having more healthy and light options. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
