I booked this room for my parents on their recent visit to Cuernavaca. According to them, it's not a fancy hotel, but it is clean, staff is friendly, and it's centrally located. They were able to leave their luggage at the hotel prior to check in and many hours after checkout do to an early bus arrival and late departure. Staff was accommodating.

El personal bien pero la recepcionista no muy bien adicionalmente avisan que cobrarán cargo estar por manchar las sábanas de cualquier cosa y al salir llaman para ver si no manchaste las sábanas y si no te robaste nada aunque llevas los controles y los entregas y mucho ruido de tráfico
