Had a terrible experience. The ladies at the front desk were very mean and when I asked if I could turn on the AC, I was told the city had banned them for turning them on because the pandemic — a lie. I stayed at a hotel a block away and they had working ACs. The internet was non-existent and despite all that just the service was overall bad. I don’t recommend staying here.

Al pagar en establecimiento se genero un cargo adicional por pago con tarjeta, por lo tanto no concuerda el monto a pagar con lo establecido en la reserva. No hay alguien pendiente en recepción para abrir, ya que siempre se encuentra con llave. Habitaciones deterioradas.

El dueño del hotel no respetó la reserva de Hoteles.com porque según son precios diferentes “más bajos” y que nunca le llegó la confirmación de reservación, deberían de hacer algo al respecto porque me terminó saliendo en lo triple pagando directamente en el hotel por diferencia de precios!!!! Muy mala experiencia y con ganas de denunciar en profeco por publicidad engañosa por parte de la app o del hotel

Pues reserve en linea y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no estaban aceptando reservaciones por aplicaciones, pero como fue un plan de super precio sin reembolso ... me quede sin hotel y sin dinero ....

El personal me dio un trato muy malo, a pesar de que mostré que mi habitación ya estaba previamente pagada, me querían volver a cobrar para poder entregármela, posteriormente me dieron una que no había solicitado y no me querían cambiar. Fui a una boda y al regresar, no quisieron dejarme pasar porque traía una botella de alcohol, por lo que me pidieron abandonar el lugar sin devolverme mi dinero.

Este hotel Oyo Casa Anturio vende sus habitaciones las 24 horas en hoteles.com y Las cobra solamente directo en tu tarjeta de crédito o débito, no tienen opción de pagar en recepción, al llegar al hotel sin importar que ya hayas pagado y que sus habitaciones siempre esten a la venta para reservarlas queda a criterio si el gerente te deja entrar, posiblemente vendan sus habitaciones en internet y Al llegar te dicen que no son validas y Las venden en la recepción, por día obtienen doble ganancia de una habitación y hoteles.com se deslinda de cualquier reembolso y El hotel también, Bonita manera de hacer fraude

Reservé una habitación superior y me dieron una estandar porque, según ellos, esa fue la reservación que hice cuestión que es mentira. Al mostrar mi compra, dijeron que a ellos les llegó estandar, o sea, pagué más por menos. Les pedí ver lo que a ellos les llega y me dijeron que no se podía por medidas de seguridad. Hasta me dijeron que la habitación superior es más cara. Si bien las habitaciones son pequeñas, el baño es diminuto y si eres de piernas largas, pues será incómodo sentarse en el retrete. ¿Esto será culpa de Hoteles.com o del hotel?

It was ok

I decided to stay here because it was close to some family. I had been given a tour of the hotel prior to my stay and thought that it was a nice small hotel. I made my reservation for a standard room with a king size bed but was given a very small room and full size bed. When I asked the employee that checked us in about our room & what I knew we had booked, she stated that the hotel was fully booked and that they would be unable to give us another room. It was late and my husband and I were exhausted so the employee and i decided we would figure it out the next day. I happened to have an event in which hair and make up stylists were coming so I was given access to a bigger room for a fee. I had no choice but to book it and later explained to the owner of the hotel about the room situation. I was told I could not be reimbursed for the difference in the room as the reservation had been sent by hotels.com as a smaller room with a full size bed. I was told after the second night that I could be moved to a room with a king size bed after I asked if the fee for the bigger room could be waived since we were staying in a room which was not what i reserved or paid for, i was told no because the accountant would not allow it. All in all our stay was ok. On our initial tour, we were shown the nicest rooms and we were given a room that was really run down and later a better room. It was an ok stay just make sure to call and verify what you paid for.
