"so the owner of the manager was very good however the woman at the check-in was rude and did not know English she was difficult to work with. Out of spite she gave me a room with no window very uncool the breakfast was good and the view from the rooftop was good but it needs to be renovated it's falling apart overall I would give this a B minus as far as lodging there are better places to stay"

"Our stay was disappointing due to poor professionalism and lack of basic customer service. Staff were not courteous and often appeared annoyed when we made simple requests. We had to repeatedly ask for pillows, and it took five days to receive a working safe. Basic amenities should not require constant follow-up.The jacuzzi takes about 30 minutes to warm up, yet management never informed us. Staff refused to turn it on in advance and would only activate it if we were standing right next to it, making it inconvenient to use.We also observed staff engaging in personal displays of affection in guest areas, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.Overall, the service was below standard and needs serious improvement. Nuestra estancia fue decepcionante. El personal no era cortés y a menudo parecía molesto cuando hacíamos peticiones simples. Tuvimos que pedir almohadas repetidamente, y tardaron 5 días en darnos una caja fuerte que funcionaba. Las comodidades básicas no deberían requerir un seguimiento constante. El jacuzzi tarda unos 30 minutos en calentarse, pero la gerencia nunca nos informó.
