"A beautiful property and great location, with the best view of the hanging houses and Cuenca. The room was spacious and comfortable. I’m just rating the property as OK due to the rude receptionist that checked us in. She seemed very unwilling to do her job that she has paid to do. Fortunately, the gentleman working with her was pleasant."
