"We love this place. My wife and I have stayed here twice when we visit Cuernavaca. Breakfast is so good. The have a kitty roaming around and we love her, you can tell employees love her too. The view in the higher floors is amazing. And almost forgot the back is beautiful, there's a little creek down by the trees, turtles, koi fish and. parakeets the hotel adopted and the pool is always warm. I will stay here next time I visit Morelos for sure."

"Clean rooms, all staff friendly (one grumpy male on front desk one time during 2 week stay), but front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff and grounds people all generally very friendly. Some Towels wearing thin, wifi in rooms was slow. Food & atmosphere at restaurant was good, grounds were well kept and great for families and groups."
