The location of this hotel is perfect, located in the city center, you have everything within reach, highly recommended to stay in the city and get to know it. Good facilities and the service is very good. The breakfast buffet in the mornings is good.

Would stay again

The room and bed were very comfortable. The reception were not the most welcoming, but were efficient. The parking lot is oddly shaped making it difficult to park. There were remodeling happening which made it pretty noisy during the daytime.

Breakfast and service were great. Reception staff were very helpful. The hotel parking is open. It is a two story building so it feels more like a motel in that sense. There is a bus station at walking distance. The hotel is located inside a neighborhood not the city center, which is good. There are also several restaurants near by. Make sure you book your tours before arriving in the city and learn as much as you can about the place and what to do while in it.

The location is right by downtown which gives you easy access to the town. The customer service was ok but not too attentive or nice everyone kind of ignores you mostly, Breakfast was good, I liked the chilaquiles. The rooms are small and outdated, especially the TVs. I wouldn't stay here for the price I paid again. There was more modern options for the same rate about 5 minutes away from downtown.
