"We have stayed here about 7 times. The staff is very accommodating and the security is tight. Lovely outdoor pool area but it’s not heated. Housekeeping does a great job. "Staff is very helpful and nice! They will go the extra step no problem. They only speak Spanish. The garden is very beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was nice. "

"The hotel is conveniently located, close to Ezeiza with a free shuttle. There were some rough edges, like moldy shower grout, a bathroom door that would not shut close, dilapidated playground equipment, and slow food room service. The room service food was very good, and reasonably priced."
