"The Place is good"

"Welcoming staff at reception. The staff looking after breakfast room was attentive and helpful. They had a group of seniors touring on motorcycles and with some being overdressed , they “demanded” aircon, when many of the other guests were comfortable with the ambient temperature. Little extras, like a great coffee machine (automatic) and fresh fruit made the included breakfast really worthwhile. Thank you. "

"Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay on this occasion due to the passing of a family member, however, the hotel very kindly gave us a credit for our next stay. This was above and beyond and we were very grateful for their under standing"

"room was spacious bed was very comfortable and clean water pressure is really good; lots hot water and quick reception friendly and helpful. free upgrade was very welcome having a full-size sink in kitchen was nice much easier to wash dishes than a basin parking outside of room, easy access to room"

"I’m not sure how they manage a 9.5 out of 10. Noise from the highway and the air conditioning capacitor going on and off all night was not fun. But the black mould all over the ceiling in the bathroom was very off putting. Especially in a steam area I would feel very sorry for anyone with breathing problems. And whoever I gave my key to when I left was quite off handed. "
