"The AC in the room worked well. The staff did not know if eggs for breakfast had dairy. There was no single vegetable for breakfast. There were no herbal tea options, only black and green. Cherish at the front desk was so nice. She welcomed us in with a smile so happy and was so kind. Beds were so soft and jumpy. They were very uncomfortable. The sink was located outside of the bathroom which was very disturbing and woke up everyone everytime it was turned on. Not very convenient. "

"I want to commend your front desk staff, who were excellent and provided very helpful information about the local area. Additionally, the breakfast was fresh, and the staff members managing it were both friendly and professional. However, I would like to bring a few issues regarding the room to your attention. The accommodations felt a bit dated, and the toilet was uncomfortably low. Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower was quite poor. I hope this feedback is helpful for your future improvements. "My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed."

"This is actually a nice business class hotel a lot of restaurants around. They have a small limited menu at the bar. If it’s a slow night, they will shut down the food portion so plan accordingly. Bonus the hotel is pet friendly."

"The room was disgusting and filthy. While we were there the roof in the bathroom was leaking. The floors were so disgusting it turned our feet and socks black. There were no pillow cases on the pillows and the walls were nasty. We heard constant partying and loud music. "
