"Positives: clean room, good location Negatives: Cracked floors, outside needs a remodel, flat pillows Overall, we had a positive stay but this was a fairly last minute (2-3 months) booking so we could attend the Talladega race. If I had more time, I would have booked at an indoor hotel, rather than an outdoor motel structure. We had to get moved to a new room after check in because the tv was making a popping sound and the mirror was broken in our room. It was convenient being next door to the Top of the River restaurant. Location is good and not far from restaurants, etc. Would I stay there again? Yes, but only if it's another roast minute situation and I couldn't find an indoor hotel for a decent price."

"Clean room and comfortable bed but not so good breakfast."

"The room was disgusting. We had reservations for 2 nights and did not stay the 2nd night. There was not much lighting as we had a late night arrival & we did not feel safe at all. The morning desk clerk said we could get a refund for the 2nd night, but we got the run around between Travelocity & the hotel manager (who was “authorized” to make refunds). Extremely disappointing and WOULD NOT recommend even if just passing through!"

"The room is very small. The handle on the toilet didn't work, we had to fix it twice. Ice machine didn't work. "

"Room was clean. Bed was conferdble, the door didn't want to shut all the way without slamming it, the lock latch was bent. The water in the bathroom sink had a steady stream wouldn't shut of. Thay do offer breakfast thats a plus.will stay again the staff is really nice."

"Everything was clean and the place was nice and a huge bathroom. Breakfast was good only bad part was that there wasn't a waffle maker."
