Crossfield Trip

Everything was good for a hotel stay. The only problem was the parking issue. But it's not the hotels fault, it's the other people who don't know how to park properly.

The jets on the hot tub are terrible barely even felt them, the rooms were awesome and clean

Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s no way it sleeps more than 4. The signage is horrible we couldn’t find the gym or the pool you’re forced to walk around the parkade in your bathing suit looking for the pool with no signs around. The floor is very slippery and unsafe!

Room was very clean , staff extremely helpful and sudden sally food was amazing and excellent servers .

What a great space!! Nicely setup in a quite part of Canmore. Being on the top floor with the vaulted ceiling really adds to the view of the surrounding mountains. Easy walk to ammenities and some great shops and restaurants.
