They seemed genuinely concerned about our well-being during our stay. "We enjoyed our stay at CitizenM which is a very unique concept hotel. This location is literally steps from the Gare de Lyon station (be sure to exit at the lower level onto Rue de Bercy) so very convenient for travelling. Everything in the room was very clean and laid out with great efficiency. Even though it was compact, a lot of thought went into the arrangement and placement of various furniture and items for easy access. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and served in a large cafeteria. Free water is always available for filling. Would definitely stay here again and consider it as a first choice for any location we visit in future."
