"Our room was not ready at check in time."

"Such a fun hotel. Definitely the most unique hotel I’ve stayed in. Going into the room through a hidden bookcase door is so cool. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Space was at a premium but I wasn’t bothered about a huge spacious room. Just somewhere comfortable to sleep with a shower and it fits that bill perfectly. It being super close to the train station is also a great benefit. And they have a bag drop option too so you can leave your bags after checking out if you have time to spare. "

"This is a modern, clean, European hotel. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. We dealt primarily with Federica and Chantelle, and one other day staff member whose name we did not catch. All were lovely people with whom to work."
