Dirty, half empty liquor bottle left in the room. Had to climb up an old wooden staircase outside to get to our room because they locked the front door. Dirty towels. Toilet paper out when went to tell them they wouldn't put it in the machine just sent up a huge industrial roll. The waste baskets were full. The bed had 2 fitted sheets instead of a fitted and flat sheet

Hi Elwood,I am so sorry for you and your lovely spouse but I am a little confused if you wrote the review for our place in Croft inn motel. I gave your room at 104 which is downstairs and your room was well cleaned with the fresh towel. I also made sure to double check. Anyway, we will try to improve better for your next visit. Location was super convenient for me. Rooms were very clean with modern updated bathroom. Could use more items in the kitchen. Kevin, manager, was very helpful and provided tips on where to get best puzza, etc. I'd definitely stay again!

We stayed here as my dad’s band was playing at the Osborn Bay pub for new years. It was quiet, cozy and a convenient place. We liked that it had two separate rooms. The host was very friendly and has an adorable little dog! Thank very much for the stay.

This is a gem of a property close to the Crofton ferry. It’s been nicely renovated with a kitchenette so you can cook in your unit. The shower is amazing! We had what turned out to be a very late check-in and were graciously accommodated. It was exactly what we needed and we will be back!

I was not expecting too much as it is a motel. However, the room was really dirty and smelly. Apparently the people in charge do not take care of cleanliness in a serious manner. Sheets and bed dressings were lousy and smelly. Floor was sticky. No AC. The fan there, just moved the hot air from one place to another. I could'nt move to another hotel as there are no options around.

Our family really enjoyed stay at this place. The property manager, Mr. Kim is very friendly and helpful. He offered us a lot of info about where and when we can go clamming there. He even offered us the tools for flaming. We took our dog for this trip and Mr. Kim is very friendly to our dog and even offered the treats to our dog. A very quiet and cozy place to stay for a couple of days getaway. Will come back to visit again in the future!

This lovely family have created a safe, clean, newly renovated and properly/beautifully styled home away from home. Steps from the beach, a local pub up the road, close to both Nanoose Bay area and Nanaimo. Incredibly welcoming and respectful family if you’re fortunate enough to meet them - I can’t say enough about this incredible place!!! Please tell other responsible adults and families as they deserve only the very best. The cost is absolutely worth it - especially if you plan to explore both locally and elsewhere on the South-East of my beautiful home: Vancouver Island!!!! 😃🌎😎☀️😇🥰

It was a great stay for 1 night trip. I got a new big TV and comfy cofa.The room I stayed is renovated except kitchen. It looked tidy, clean and bigger than any other motels. I think rooms are getting better and better. I apprectiate accommodating me well.

I was suprised the room was. Big and clean. At the check in, I didn't expect it goid room condition but like a suit. I used 2beds with a kitchen, the room seperated and the kitchen was big. I will stop by next time again.

Visa/debit machine was apparently broken. Looked like not much effort was being made to fix that. I was sent to get cash like this was no big deal. Room was way too hot, and pillows rock hard. Everything on the tv was programmed in Korean so we wasted an hour trying to figure out how to enjoy what we wanted. Waaaaay too much inconvenience for the ridiculously high price. Will not go back ever.
