"The pool is definitely the highlight for this property. Large pool with loungers and ability to access shade was great for relaxation. Showers and bathrooms beside the pool area were appreciated. Rooms were clean but in need of a refresh. Kitchen had a good amount of supplies but needed a microwave and better lighting when cooking or working at the counter. "Reception staff were both excellent. Really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom and toiletries were very nice. The large fridge in the kitchenette was definitely a plus. The ‘kitchen’ wasn’t particularly well equipped but as we didn’t really use it that wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was okay but I would have expected more of a selection and more fresh fruit options for what we paid. Skypool is probably the size of two snooker tables side by side and there are only four sun loungers but as there was only one other couple there that wasn’t a problem. The town centre location is excellent but parking is a 10 minute drive away. I did get a lift back to the hotel from the car park but we got a taxi from the hotel to the car park in the morning as we didn’t want to be to-ing and fro-ing."

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful, they made the stay enjoyable. We were at little disappointed that the gym and spa weren't as available as we'd hoped. The room itself was small, which isn't a problem however it was up a separate flight of stairs from the balcony and so felt a bit odd and not welcoming. Also the AC unit was placed in the entrance area, and not the bedroom, and so didn't fully cool down the bedroom. The hotel itself is nice and well located. It was very helpful to have bike rental available from the hotel which was easy to sort with reception. Showers being available after check-in are a really useful addition as it meant we could enjoy our last day at the beach and still be comfortable for our flight home."
