"Most comfortable beds and a delightful host"

"Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly, informative and welcoming. Feel it is a little overpriced but Pitlochry itself is pretty pricey. It is a steep walk back up the hill from Pitlochry if you have walking difficulties. We would probably stay again though. "

"Very central for the city , very warm from David at the town house . Beautiful room well equipped and spacious. Some high end touches with quality tea & coffee. Breakfast is also of a high quality local specialty ingredients. Definitely a 10/10 overnight stay . Would also recommend Perth it’s a. Beautiful friendly city "

"Run don't walk and book Poplars, it was a lovely stay! Nancy welcomed us like long lost friends and made us feel at home. A beautiful property, we stayed on the top floor overlooking the mountains and rooftops of Pitlochry. So many personal touches and the property is immaculate. The guest lounge is warm and inviting too! Our stay was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful and make sure you try the porridge with whiskey! Run, don't walk.. a glorious guest house stay."

"Mr. Richard is a most wonderful host!!! I cannot even begin to explain each of the amazing things he did for my granny and I when we were staying at his lovely Bed & Breakfast! He is so thoughtful and intentional with the way he sets up the rooms, with any needs you might have during your stay there. He’s so friendly & literally reachable in minutes if things don’t go quite right in any aspect of your trip. I’ve never stayed at such a wonderful Bed & Breakfast, truly (and I travel quite a lot)....

"When we arrived there was no heating on and no hot water. The outside temperature was 6C and the cottage was colder than that. Eventually someone arrived to put on the heating and light the wood burning stove. Even with that there was no way the cottage would be warm for at least 12 hours. We decided to leave and returned the key. Apart from the cold, there was nothing welcoming about the cottage. There was no welcoming pack or instructions.
