"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.

"Great resort , lots of things to do, great if you’ve got kids, plenty for them to do,ok if you’re a golfer, car parking seems expensive, especially if you’re staying at the resort for a few days, clean rooms, my wife and I did notice on more than one occasion when we had meals and at breakfast it took a while for them to clear the the tables, but all in all, great place 👍"
"The staff here were friendly, the location central and the room clean and spacious. It is good value for money. A good, quiet fan was provided to help with the heat, but it was a shame they had to limit the opening of the window. Why can't guests decide how far they'd like the opening? We're not all suicidal or with children. It is good value for money. We found the breakfasts to have plenty of choice and options, but the evening selection and skill of cooking to be rather lacking, e.g. asked for a steak to be medium rare, but it arrived well done. The omelette at breakfast overdone so much it was like rubber."
"Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Room was to a good standard, with decent facilities (tea/coffee, desk etc, usual things).
Not so pleased to have to pay for parking, but I understand that it is near some sort of conference centre, so I imagine it is due to that.
Had to book a slot for the swimming pool in the morning, but when I got there I was the only one in there so that felt a bit pointless; also, when I got there, there was no one at the desk in the health centre to check me in, so I had to find a towel myself and make my own way in."
"The stand out feature was the attitude of the staff. They were friendly and helpful making our stay so easy Food and drink were great and the location was perfect in the middle of Crickhowell.
Loved the whole vibe…thank you."
"Very nice clean hotel . We had a fabulous view from the 24th floor.
Menu looked disappointing for the type of food on offer and there is a modern food court within ten mins walk with more choice and better prices. Don’t stay out late though as hotel bar shuts early.
The area immediately outside the hotel is not great and the nearest pubs are decidedly sketchy. Caerleon is a ten minute £10 cab ride away for some lovely pubs restaurants and museums."

8/10 Good
"The room was great, very clean and spacious, nicely furnished. We booked for 4 adults but the room that was booked for us was for 3 adults and 1 child. The staff was able to sort it out promptly by offering us another room, however something that might be worth calling about for the future. Breakfast was great, and in very good location!"
