Me cobraram mais taxas do que o previsto, equipe grossa e com má vontade de atender, café da manhã faltavam coisas e não eram repostas. não estavam preparados para todo o movimento que receberam, se atrapalharam nas reservas e acomodações.

Além da minha expectativa

Esperava menos e fui surpreendido. Apesar de ser um Hotel antigo e comercial, mais voltado a profissionais em viagem, minha família gostou da noite que dormimos e do café da manhã. 1. Estacionamento contíguo, porém o acesso ao hotel é apenas por escadas 2. Quarto espaçoso 3. Split antigo e um pouco barulhento, mas nao atrapalhou meu sono 4. Boa cama, boa noite de sono 5. Banheiro não tão pequeno com louça simples, mas limpo. Água quente e abundante. 6. Recepção rápida e objetiva, atenciosa. 7. Café da manhã muito bom, pois contém outros itens além de pães e bolos, como empadas e pães de queijo, embora seja básico. 8. Atendimento bom na recepção 9. Banho quente bom, jato d’água abundante 10. Internet boa, com mais de 110MB de download as 7:30 da manhã. 11. Fica bem próximo do estágio do Criciúma, duas quadras abaixo, logo da pra ir a pé.

Estava tudo ótimo. Roupa de cama e banho limpas. Café bom. Funcionários gentis. Localização muito boa. O q foi extranho era a janela do quarto q ficava dentro do corredor e por isso tinha q ficar sempre fechada para q outros hóspedes não olhassem prá dentro,mas isto não chegou a prejudicar a estadia.

Experiência muito ruim. Quarto extremamente sujo e pequeno. televisão não estava funcionando, internet péssima. Pedi pra trocar de quarto e me informaram que para trocar teria que pagar diferença de valor alegando que não tinham outro quarto no mesmo padrão disponível, mesmo o hotel estando vazio. Má vontade no atendimento, era claro que não gostaram da reclamação. Não recomendo.
