"A great 5 days. Room was nice - above the kitchens so a little loud at night but it did the job. The food was excellent - so much choice for breakfast!!! Really lovely place, especially with great weather so we enjoyed the pub garden!"

It’s an old building in a coastal location so there was a breeze coming through the room (we had a top floor sea view room), but that said it was warm and comfortable and the view more than made up for it.

"A property of former grandeur that is now a little rough around the edges! Our room was spacious with an excellent view of the garden but seemed to be at the furthest and highest extremity of the building. The bathroom facilities were excellent and the shower was great. The leisure centre was a bonus along with the provision of bathrobes. The staff were polite and helpful but seemed a bit stretched. We enjoyed a stroll round the grounds."

"This is a lovely hotel. We didn't know what to expect and upon arrival, were delighted by the decor, cleanliness, and the professionalism of the manager who greeted us. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities that we would expect. Breakfast was next level. A full English breakfast, including a full gluten-free and veggie option with doorstop toast. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future, and can't recommend it enough if you are looking for a clean, easy, nicely decorated, quiet, close-to-town location. "
