"Very nice hotel, and nice staff. Clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Rates are great and perfect distance from our event. We stayed with our 5 month old and were very comfortable. Breakfast is good and plenty of space to sit and eat. The bar looked cool and was playing the football game, even though we didnt get to sit. Ability to connect streaming services to the TV in the room. Parking isn't the best but its okay. You can park and enter from the back with your key card."
"Relatively new location, with free shuttle to/from the airport driven by front desk staff. Very responsive to any support questions and comfortable bed to sleep on. Free breakfast varies by day which is pretty good aside from the eggs which can be improved."
"Everything was wonderful. The room, nice and clean. The staff was great. It was just the temperature inside. Felt a little warm. The temp in the room didn't go below 78. Other then that Everything was wonderful."
"What I liked most about this property was the kind, 20 something, Mr. Abdul at the front desk. I had room #2 with a cute balcony overlooking Lake Gregory. I booked this stay so I'd be close to Camp Alpine which is 6 mi away, for my daughter's class trip. Diagonal to this property is a 7-Eleven with a gas station and across the street from that, a upscale supermarket. My room was clean and I felt safe, parking spots just directly behind the property. Overall, a terrific experience. The room needed small little fixes like the outlet by the bed needed tightening the light fixtures were broken, I wanted him to know I did not do that. I pointed them out and he said that he had an electrician that was coming to the property that day. Perfect."
"A special recognition goes to Enrique at the front desk supervisor. There was a couple things wrong upon my arrival, but we’re corrected immediately and my room was changed to a better room. Great service! Thank you for making my stay amazing."
"The hotel was good. It had a good location. Where we were able to walk to Ontario Mall and go to dinner at Benihanas which was about 3 blocks away. The staff was excellent in taking care of my needs."
