"This was an unusual place. Pleasant with a few inconveniences.
It is located in Nebraska’s rolling Sandhills near Lake McConaughey. Beautiful! There are just a few rooms that open directly on to a large front patio with chairs, a fire pit, flower pots, and seasonal decorations. The property appears to be quite old, maybe a 1950’s motel. My room was adequately clean and comfortable with plenty of towels.
Drawbacks included furniture, carpet, and bathroom that were a bit shabby. The resort restaurant was closed. And a call to the facility was required when I arrived because there was no check-in place/person available.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay."
