"When I booked I made a mistake and the staff had no concerns accomodating the changes even though it was on short notice. While I stayed only one night it was clean and comfortable.
Everything worked and the staff were down to earth and friendly."

"Very basic but comfortable accomodation. Great bathroom and water pressure. Room was a bit dark. Aircon and mini fridge were good and so was parking.
My room was missing coffee cups and I was provided one upon request. There was a strange wet stain in the foot of my bed as if someone’s spilt something. Overall good for a brief stay. Conveniently located and close to the shops."

"Very spacious with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Convenient as it is close to town and shops. The only thing is the second bedroom at the back has no air con but a ceiling fan, while the first bedroom and the living room have split-system air cons."
"This is probably the best motel I've ever stayed in! I had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. Great kitchenette with it's own sink (ehu3ch is unusual in my experience) and everything necessary for a short stay, including a bottle opener/corkscrew.
Great shower and fresh towels each day.
There's a chippy and pizza shop round the corner and it's just a short walk into town to beaches, restaurants and shops.
Easy parking and a laundry room for us travellers.
The owners were lovely and friendly.
I'd definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Port Macquarie again."
"I decided to choose Port Aloha as my 3 night stay in Port Macquarie. I based my decision on its room prices and its location to eateries and other town facilities. People might not like the actual motel location as its not close to the jetty or beach locales. Plus its up a hill, but i didnt mind the walk.
The motel itself does show its age, compared to other hotels built in the last 5 to 10 yrs. The room itself was clean & tidy, has a functional kitchenette with a sink, microwave, toaster. There is plenty of areas to store things in drawers. The bathroom/ shower was clean as well. People who have mobility issues would have to choose the 4 lower level rooms. If you like to use stairs, this motel is right for you. I only needed to speak to the receptionist when I arrived and she was a cooperative person. I found the motel wi fi signal to be strong and consistent. The car park in the back has limited spaces. An extra large car might be a tight fit in there. A car with a trailer would be a stretch. There is parking spots on the outside street. Motel shares the street with residential housing too.
I would choose this motel if I was returning to this area"
"We had a very good and straightforward overnight stay while travelling to Sydney with our family. We arrived around midnight, but arranged check-in by phone beforehand, and our key card was left securely in a lockbox at the front of the property. The process was simple and convenient.
Our room was on level two, with a balcony facing the street and a busy roundabout. The view was nothing special, but this did not bother us given that we arrived late and left early the following morning.
Checking out was equally easy, as we left the key card in the designated box. The secure parking was easy to access, and we had no difficulty finding a space.
The location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience for a short overnight stay. Five out of five."
"My husband and I love Crescent Head and the location of the caravan park and have stayed there many times.I booked a Lakeside cabin with queen bed and double bed for two nights but our cabin had adouble bed and triple bunks.
We accepted the booking because it was only two nights and we were meeting up with friends but because we are older and I have mobility issues we did not sleep well and the shower had no pressure and barely warm.
Time for an upgrade."
