Location is great. Torrential rains during my stay (obviously no fault of staff). Arrived early and enquired about early check in and was advised nothing. Sure. Waited 5 hours, cold and wet in lobby. Others came after me and were checked in. So I finally walked up to counter sbd attendant saud she'll check. And surprisingly my room was ready. A whole 20 mins before check in time. On top of that showers dud not get hot and I needed it after the current weather. Check out time now, asked for late check out. Advised can only do 1130 from the standard 1100 (so 30 mins). So I confirmed with the front desk staff of 1130 and provided my room #. At 10:57 while I laid in bed in my underwear, my door opens. It was staff. He says "check out"? I told him I have until 1130. He said oh ok.
