they falsely advertised the condition of the hotel and what their amenities were. the rooms were god awful and they refused a refund after checking in and refusing to stay in the dumpster of a hotel. the light switches were hanging out the wall wires were exposed the ceiling was peeling and the floor was curling up. defiently a horrible place. when housekeeping came to see the room after they yelled as i was leaving saying i used the bed and bathroom. it was a nasty horrible experience

we rented 2 rooms. Redoing rooms but poor workmanship. New floor but threshold to br had gap and nails sticking out. Reported a very strong chemical smell, told to open window. No hairdryer in am and no one at front desk. Not grab bar in shower and it was slippery. faucet was loose in shower, sink faucet sprayed you no aerator. Old spring beds, dirty chair. worse room ever. very disappointing

The overwhelming smell of smoke in the "non-smoking" room was unbearable. We did not stay. Staff was not very friendly. Waited over 20 minutes to check in.

It was very noisy all night long. When I arrived the parking spots in front of my room were taken by migrants sitting in there vehicles for hours just hanging out, drinking. There were a bunch of them staying in the rooms around me. They played loud music all night and partied until almost 6 a.m. I had 2 rooms side by side. We were all surrounded by noise. None of us got any sleep. It was horrible. I felt unsafe. They were drinking alcohol and sleeping in there vehicles in the parking lot too. I was with my kids. Very disappointing. My trip was ruined because of this.

When we received the room at this property, it looked descent and clean. When we arrived at the room, the area looked like a room where they have killed people. It was horrible! The room smelled like rotten bananas, the beds where very cheap, pillows had stains on them and the bathroom was horrible. When I call the front desk to ask for a cleaner room, because I was not going to have my kids sleep there, his response was that that room was the only one they had with two beds. I had to cancel my reservation and try to find a hotel last minute. I still have not received my refund.

This was one of the dirtiest rundown places Ive been to in a long time. Pictures are misleading. My room was not cleaned properly as the mirrors were gunked up, stains on cutains, bed linens were all wrinkled and half assed beds made, dead flies even in sheets overall not maintained. Gave me a smoking room, when I mentioned no they said they were booked and last one left. Room on a discount was $180 cheapest in the area during that weekend. Was more of a pay by the hour hotel room should have been no more than $50 due to the condition. At least TV worked. Next time I would sleep in my car than stay there again.

renovation in room next door till 9:30 pm and then woke us up at 8 am next morning. dirty/ had to bring our own sheets and blankets . probably got the worst room because we were right next to construction. staff knocked on our door an hour before check out for no reason . smelt like cigarettes. spent 200 dollars for the worst stay

I spoke to front desk to try getting another room and he was very rude,even I begged him because my kids were coming and the place smelled very bad, i'll never bring my kids to a place to risk their health . I wasted my money in there.

-bedbugs -rude and unprofessional front desk staff -dirty beds!!!!! -towels were all stained -smoking room disguised as non smoking -police officers called to the hotel, explained this hotel is known for prostitution and cash by the hour transactions -Expedia should run from booking this hotel under their name!!!!

Terrible experience. The mattress was stained, there were holes in the wall, the water did not get hot whatsoever, and there was loud fighting and screaming outside my door. Something was slammed into my front door during the screaming match, and staff didn’t do anything to help. My grandmother in law stayed at a room near us and heard staff slamming doors and yelling early in the morning asking if people were done in the rooms. There were holes in the curtains and a gap under the door. The gap allowed mice to roam in and out of the room, and this was witnessed on multiple occasions. My partner had multiple bites across his body, unexplained. I’m hoping it wasn’t bed bugs. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Building and grounds a bit run down. Batteries in TV remote needed replacing and there was no drain plug for the bathtub. Both problems fixed ( but not immediately) after call to front desk.

My sister and I arrived and checked in. The place looked ok from the outside, but soooo outdated on the inside. The bathroom had a nice refresher but the closet area is not even a closet, weird layout. The check-in desk person repeated 3 times that there were no pets allowed and no smoking please. I said we understand, we are not smokers and didn’t bring pets. The moment we opened the door to the room it reeked of pot. Yuck!! Didn’t even closed the door, called the front desk and they said comeback we will give you another room. The other room smelled clean but it was just the smell of cleaning products that by evening had dissipated. There was a piece of gums tucked to the top of the night table and was disgusting but we had not much of a choice to go somewhere else at the time. The other people staying were somewhat sketchy and we felt this is the kind of place people rent by the hour. Never again!!
