"I was originally on the bottom floor but asked to be moved to a higher floor. They accommodated me and put me on the third floor. As a result, I found the room to be quiet and comfortable. Not sure if I would have had the same experience had I remained on the bottom floor."

"The AC in the first room I was given was still getting fixed, there was another box with an AC in it in the room and the tech’s tool bag was still there when I got in. They apologized and gave me another room but it wasn’t an upgrade, it wasn’t even the kind of room I paid for. Granted it’s the same price but still I paid for a shower/bath tub combo and I was transferred to a room with a standup shower. And the thermostat on the wall would have been a hazard cause it wasn’t attached to the wall and so the wires behind it were exposed. I’m not saying I didn’t like my stay there, I didn’t mind it. You would think that because it was their mistake, I’d be given the same tyoe of room if not an upgrade; maybe if they gave a different reason as to why I wasn’t given the type of room that I paid for after their mishap with the first room. They’re answer was “do you really need a shower/tub combo? It’s the same price as the other one that’s why we chose to give you that one.” That was my stay, it will be different for the others for sure…."

"The hotel was good but very confusing to rent a room, as it didn't have a front desk, as the people who owned it also had another hotel so we had to drive next door to that hotel to register and get the keys, then had to go back there the next day to drop the keys off. The girl at the desk was very friendly and helped us out with the confusion."
