Excellent, great food, clean, the staff very respectful and friendly, every day has amenities and show at night. Very recommended

The staff at Sunset At The Palms resort is absolutely outstanding. They cater to your every need and continually provide service with wonderful smiles. And on top of all that the beach is fantastic!!

Despite the hurricane’s initial impact, construction activities continued unabated. During our stay, we were deprived of essential amenities such as air conditioning and cable television. Furthermore, we were deceived into attending a consultation regarding a timeshare membership. This was orchestrated by the hotel staff, who had initially invited us to a complimentary breakfast and tour of the property. However, their intentions were solely commercial, as we were being targeted for a sales pitch. Overall, the property has amazing views, but we were not aware of some hidden parts of the property until the last day. And even after complaining to multiple staff members about our issues, nothing was resolved or addressed.

This is a great resort.

Ok experience, definitely not 5 ⭐️ good for groups. Come on a good deal.
