"I absolutely love this hotel and always enjoy staying here whenever I’m in Pittsburgh. The location is excellent, and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful—always attentive, tactful, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. My room was spotless, and when I walked in, the scent was incredible—it felt like entering a beautiful spa. They even folded the toilet paper into a little bow, which was such a sweet and thoughtful detail.
The hotel also has a great fitness center, a beautiful outdoor pool, and an indoor pool. And the breakfasts are absolutely divine—I truly love them! The breakfast team is fantastic, and the ladies make the most delicious eggs.
