Coyame del Sotol Trip

Really enjoyed the stay. Room and food in restaurants very good. Tainted by dishonesty. I forgot my Credit Card at the table on check on morning. I was at the airport to go home when I couldn't find my CC. I called the TI Coffee Shop where I had breakfast. The CC was there, I was told to call back to Security in one hour and that security would handle the return. Security claimed they didn't have the Card.

The bed was so comfortable!! The mini bar had limited stock. PLEASE PUT BACK THE CENTER BAR!! The Canyon tower decor is absolutely hideous! Pizza Forte hit the spot late night and the bath products were quality and refreshing.

The room was well decorated and was very clean. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was quite- no outside noise.

Parking is not included with the stay. $20 to park daily. If you leave the parking garage and return it’s an extra cost. Room services are not without additional charges including delivery fees $10.99, plus gratuity, and ordered items coming from different vendors have individual delivery fee charges. Food is expensive and no complimentary water in the room. A water bottle will cost $9.99.
