"I’ve stayed here previously (around 2016 or 2017) and they’ve done a nice refresh since then. The room we had this weekend was a family room with a double/queen and 2 single beds. Plenty of space for us. The room felt clean. Our only drama was that the wifi seemed a tad unreliable but we managed fine with what we had. Our mobile service was a bit hit and miss. A little vending machine was good for a few snacks for the kids. Location is so easy to the 3 Sisters, probably less than 5 minutes. "

"Classic historic hotel. Dating from the 1890’s and keeping the look and feel of the past. Interactions with the front desk staff were wonderful. "

"This is a budget motel, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The room had the usual budget motel musty smell. The shower stall is small. But on the positive side, the room had a couch, a dining table, and the table settings needed to have breakfast in the room. The heater worked well, as did the available blankets."

"This beautiful heritage hotel is in a spectacular location and the history is just wonderful. The hotel however requires money spending on it, especially the rooms and restaurants. The spa that you can book via the hotel was amazing and would definitely recommend. "

"Stayed overnight. Easy access to Echo point lookout and a variety of walks. Beds were comfortable. Only compliant was the location of cups and glasses. We had so much trouble reaching to get them, so would suggest placing them at a lower level."

"For an overnight stay it was good value for money. The room had recently had a lick of paint, but the outside looked very tired. Bed was very soft for us, but not uncomfortable. Check in instructions were a little vague, just need to chat on the intercom that was faulty. Would return again at this price."
