"PArking was fairly easy, no issues there. Area is a little sketchy. AC worked. Half of the lamps in the room did not have any lightbulbs, the mini fridge was set to freezing when I arrived, and the TV was basically unusable for the entire week long stay. Still, overall room was decent, and staff were available to help when I needed it."
"Indoor pool was nice for the kids, location is good, lots of food options and stores close by. The WiFi wasn’t the best, vending machines really didn’t work. Staff was quick to resolve any issues we had"

"I was pleasantly surprised with our recent stay. The room was very clean. The front desk staff was friendly, attentive, and respectful. The breakfast attendant was delightful and attentive. Breakfast was great with several options.
I will be staying here again for our next visit to the University of Dayton."

"Staff was very friendly and greeted me upon arrival. He even directed me to my room. The bed was made and the linens were clean. The floor was in need of a Swiffer. The television had no channels in working order so I watched you tube clips. The fridge, stove and counter were all clean. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom door had not been closed for a while and maybe had swollen a bit from steam over the years so it was not able to be shut past the halfway point. I left and returned from the buidling a couple times, it was easy and secure. There is plenty of of food and entertainment nearby. The elevator was convenient. There was plenty of parking available. It was a nice stay. Checkout is at 11 am. Which is generous. I enjoyed my stay and I will come back to extended stay in the future."
