"At this time of year there were not many guests at the hotel. It appeared that no more than a few rooms were occupied. Yet, when we arrived early - we were told to wait. Ok, lunch in town and a walk around - and yet when we returned we were not allowed in our room until the designated time. Not very friendly or helpful "

"The property was very clean and the room was excellent. The staff was great and very friendly. I even told the lady that checked us in that her hair was beautiful and it was. Will stay there again if we are in that area. Bill and Judy. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel."

"The whole place was filthy. The sheets were stained and had burn holes in them. We rented 2 rooms and both were the same. Never stay here if you can help it."

"There was a shelf behind the toilet that prevented the toilet seat from staying up. Air conditioner was about 30 years old and made loud grinding sounds when starting up. Grinding sounds would go away after a few minutes, but it was loud during normal operation. Comforter had what appeared to be dried blood on it. On the plus side, staff was nice and the room actually had a paper channel guide to tell what the channels were."

"Shower had low pressure. Lotion bottle was not new- it had been used and was 1/2 gone. Floors were clean but seemed uneven, not soundproof. Overall though the room was clean, and provided what we needed- a place to sleep on a graduation weekend. Bob Evan’s is walking distance and several other restaurants are. Nice area , felt safe."
