"Everything wonderful except the casino is a smoking casino, no non smoking area. This stinks. 8% of population smokes, their casino is 100% smoking. Reconsider this place if you gamble and are a non smoker. "

"The casino was nice, different restaurant selections offered, the room was a nice size, however apon arrival yo front desk, the lady that checked us in, did not have a smile, didn't offer a greeting, or explain anything, she was rude, i had to greet her and ask how she was first, and that was disappointing being this was our first stay at this hotel, also before coming i spoke with staff and shared my husband and I was coming to celebrate a special occasion 26th anniversary, she said she added it in our notes for the hotel , hoping they would make our special day more special, but no one never mentioned it, but that was ok, maybe they dont do anything like that here. When we stay at the Hilton on special occasions they offer spa fiscounts, set decoration in our rooms, and the staff greet us nicely etc. When we got to our room our room did appear clean, we had a great pool view from the 21st floor, it was pretty quiet so that was great. I always double clean when i stay in hotels so as i re cleaned the bath tub, toliet ,sinks, shower, door handles etc i did pick up a little left behind dirt, but they cleaned pretty good, moving the curtains and wiping the headboards, and by the lamps and other furniture there was lots of dust! I had to really wipe up dust for the most part because my husband's allergies. So the room cleanliness ill give an 8.5 out of ten. Everything else in our room was nice. Alsoits hard to get anyone by phone when you need something. "

"Room was dirty. Sheetrock was peeling off the walls. Cigarette burns on the counters. Shower had mildew build up. Beds were hard. Refrigerator had a weird smell. Hotel smelled like cigarettes. "

"The breakfast I don’t get a chance to eat but kids said it was good. Staff was amazing!!!!! The guests above me and around me were insane. Sounded like a herd of elephants carrying on and stomping around all hours. The only thing I had an issue with was the ceiling above the shower was leaking water as I was taking a bubble bath. Staff offered to move but it was like 1130. The other thing I had an issue with was the differential treatment in tier levels. As a HH Diamond to basic they really treated me different when asking for late check out. They wanted to charge me 46 or a late checkout. I never have been charged before. They did waive it. Overall I would stay again but as long as they kept a handle of their unruly guests. A family and myself stayed"
