Nice, clean room. It should be noted that some rooms are not connected to the lobby, pool, breakfast…We had to park in back, room had outside entry, no access to the lobby. Breakfast should not be advertised, coffee was weak & very few items. Also there is no coffee maker in the room. Staff was good, ...

Elevators would randomly stop working. No operable restroom for quest of 1st floor. A/C / Heat did not work. Toilet kept backing up. The carpet in the room stunk. The staff was overwhelmed. Too many negatives to list.
