"The property was fine the staff was friendly. For the money I expected a little more. The couch in my room was uncomfortable and in the lobby area. I told the front desk my phone wasn’t working because it had no cord, no one ever came to fix it. Lighting was dark. The hotel was “fine” nothing exceptional. "

"Hotel and room was very clean. The the front desk help was detailed and specific during check in. The facility is located a bit back from the main road in a quieter area that seemed safe to park your vehicle without concern of items that may be left inside. Breakfast was well stocked and food was standard fare for this level of hotel."

"If you have an early flight out of CVG, this is a great place to stay. Food in restaurant is good. Rooms are clean. Staff very friendly."

"The place was clean, close to the office ( for breakfast) and everything worked. I didn’t like that they charged us when we first got there instead of waiting until we left like most places do. "
