We had a great stay at the The Elser Hotel Miami! We had asked about a possible upgrade, and they were able to accommodate us, which was a nice bonus. The room was clean, modern, and had a beautiful view of the bay. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to restaurants and things to do, which made getting around really convenient. The amenities were also a highlight, especially the pool, hot tub, and gym. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely go back!
