"Nice clean quiet property "

"There were no bath towels in my room. I had to go into the hall and ask some of the cleaning staff for towels. Wanted to take a bath but the plug didn't work properly. Curtains did not close properly, probably because the sheer curtain was badly torn. This caused a lack of complete privacy. "

"Room wasn’t ready when we were trying to check in. The room we got finally, the shade was broken, the sinks were clogged, there was no hot water, there was dirty towels hanging on the shower rod. There were crushed pretzels next to the bed. No pool towels. This place was a disaster. "

"The photos of this hotel are untrue. The pool area does not have the slide. A worker very rudely said it has been shut down for 3 years. Our room smelled like pee. They moved us across the hall. My hubby used his UV light to shine on the bottom sheet. 2 visible round stains. We took off the bottom sheet asked for new one. When we took off bottom sheet, the so called pad underneath was dirty with hair. Sent up all but the fitted sheet. Morning front desk girls were wonderful. Evening man, not so much. so many different elevators were shut down and we were on the 5th. I could go on and on. Never again"

"Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and easy on and off highway. "

"The staff were friendly and quick. The room was okay. The smoke detector was missing from the wall (the mounting plate was still there). The thermostat was not attached fully to the wall and the toilet seat was not screwed down on one side. The overall cleanliness of the room was okay, but the hotel overall could use some updates and repairs. "
