A truly magnificent experience comparable with and surpassing many five star resorts we have visited. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and well maintained, decorated tastefully. Ski-in, ski-out is literally at your doorstep and ski hire service exceptional and reasonably priced by comparison to other local ski hire options. Food was first class. Already planning the next trip. A huge thank you to Ecrin Blanc from me and my family.

Stay here, stay here, stay here. Upon check-in, we were taken to our room and given a tour of the hotel. All staff spoke sufficient English to assist us. The rooms were exceptionally clean, sufficiently roomy, and cozy. Lack of cooling AC was not an issue even in late July. They do have a system that brings in fresh filtered outside air to keep the rooms from getting stuffy. Dinner on the patio at the hotel restaurant was pleasant. The pool complex, Aquamotion, across the street and adjoined to the hotel by an underground tunnel, was great. My husband and I enjoyed the pools and lunch at the pool-side restaurant. Everything there was very clean and extremely well kept.

This was our 2nd trip to Ecrin Blanc. We've been for the summer and to Ski. Both experiences were great. On this last trip Ryan was a huge help and mad the stay perfect.

Hotel is nice, but overpriced. Never buy Collision Damage Insurance from Expedia. Lots of bureaucracy. I damaged a wheel on rented car. However paid extra insurance, already 3 weeks cannot get insurance paid back. Endless e-mails and phone calls. Better buy such insurance directly from Rent Car company, you assured then not to get charged by them in case of damage.

What a find! This relatively new hotel is so well done. Amazing common areas( the only thing missing is a pool table in this massive empty room that was begging for some games). A playful art theme was threaded throughout the hotel. The staff which was super friendly and the rooms very well appointed with plenty of space for clothes. Ski in ski out was also really easy, a lift right outside the ski room, as was the ski shop to rent gear so we didn’t have to bring everything from the states. Highly recommend this hotel. It was also nice to be right across the street from the aqua center which we used daily. All around thumbs up Ecrin. We will be back!

Our guests can enjoy this aquatic space for free at any time of the day. Indoor surfing wave, fitness area, climbing, fun and sports pools, slides, wellness area ... everything is designed to offer you a moment of absolute relaxation. I am sorry that you had this feeling, especially as I would have liked to know what you did not like, as your impression is so different from the positive feedbacks that we usually get on this service. At the Ecrin Blanc, everything is done for your comfort, we have chosen to make things easier for you and to offer you a ski pass to sign directly at the establishment. Also, the document showed all the information in full transparency. It's a pity that you leave with this souvenir which is not representative of what we want you to experience in Courchevel. Unfortunately, you do not mention the positive elements of your stay, namely the possibility to equip yourself in our ski room, to go skiing, to use the Grandes Combes chairlift just a step away from the hotel... and to enjoy it all day long. On site, everything necessary is present for our guests to have a wonderful time with direct access to the Aquamotion, restaurants, equipment store, kids club... Moreover, a free shuttle service is available to reach Courchevel 1650 and 1850, I am sorry to see that you did not pay attention to it. We do our best to make it easy for you to discover our beautiful region and all the fun things to do in the area. A friendly and attentive team is happy to inform our guests with a smile every day. Enjoyed a fantastic visit, here. The staff are friendly — helped us check in early (so we could ski the day we arrived) and helped us book a taxi (for the ride back to the train station at Moutiers). Our room was clean, spacious with a nice mountain view. The ski locker is really great/convenient (the built-in ski boot drying system is great) and equipment rental from the in-house ski shop made it easy. The kids loved the Aquamotion water slides. And with immediate access to the trails, we were able to start early and carve first tracks. Highly recommended.

The hotel is nice and has good facilities, the front desk are all helpful, the only thing was that they didn’t explain well about the new year party, the room wasn’t cleaned well, they didn’t change the towels and the garbage cans, the resort is 10 min away driving from the ski area and all restaurants, if you want to use a taxi is 50 Euro one way, this hotel was very expensive while you can find more hotels that are cheaper up more and closer to the restaurants and ski area

Your rating reflects your mixed feelings, I would have loved to discover the good aspects of your stay at the Ecrin Blanc. I am surprised by your remark about the wifi, as there were no issues with it and you never shared your impression with us on site. I am surprised that you did not find the phone, there is obviously one in each room and it is easy to reach the reception and the other services of the hotel. For the room service, an extra charge of 20 euros per order is required, this is information that we take the time to inform you. I don't understand your comment about the toilets, yes, they are not in the bathroom, but in your room. Having a separate bathroom is a required feature for the 4 star rating. The team's mission is to make sure that you experience a relaxing and entertaining interlude without any hitches. We do not fail to receive you and to inform you with a smile from your arrival until your departure and we always prefer to be alerted on the spot and on the moment to intervene as soon as possible for your comfort. All our rooms, small warm cocoons, are equipped to guarantee your well-being and practicality. Ease of access to skiing pistes, the hotel has its own telesiege and is convenient to access Courchevel 1850 & 1650 pistes. The hotel is isolated, however, if you don't have a car it will be difficult to go out in the afternoon or at night to go shopping and eat out. We had a rental car available the whole week parked in the hotel underground parking so getting around was no issue. However, if you won't have a car during your stay getting around on foot and by bus etc can be discouraging and bothersome. Overall excellent hotel with full access to the Aquamotion waterpark.

Great location for skiing near Courchevel Village (1550) with excellent ski in/out location and Ski room and beautiful new building and facilities. Poor management with rooms not ready for check in until almost 5 PM and no Kleenex boxes or trash cans in the rooms and no clue or instructions on using the phone system. Staff is nice and mostly young and very eager to do a good job but strongly lacking good management and training!!!

Very hard to communicate no English speaking people , breakfast is horrible, not enough cups dishes to use to get just tea could take up to 5 min , never seen such a mess in my life . The hotel was full during your stay and the staff was very busy, so we were not able to give you all the time and attention we would have liked. As you say, the hotel is brand new, with all the advantages that this implies, such as the presence of high quality equipment, designed for your comfort. I am, however, listening to your comments and aware that some adjustments are still necessary. I would like to come back to your remark about breakfast, which I think is excessive. The buffet is rich and varied, so you can find quality products, both sweet and salty, and you can serve yourself as much as you like. On the drinks side, a Nespresso coffee machine is available as well as fresh fruit juices and a selection of "Compagnie coloniale" teas. I hope that your return went well and that you will give us a new chance to fully satisfy you on the occasion of a next stay, in summer or winter. Madam, Sir, It is a pleasure to see that you have appreciated our ideal location for skiing. The ski lift "Les Grandes Combes" at the foot of the hotel allows you to reach a varied range of slopes. However, to get back to the hotel, you have to take a blue slope. Don't hesitate to ask us for advice, the team is familiar with the ski domain and can guide you to the area best suited to your level. I regret that you did not appreciate our restaurant menu, but if I understand correctly, you are not questioning the quality of the cuisine, but the lack of choice. Two catering options were available during your stay : Le Grill for a generous and quality home cooking and Le Cellier for a convivial moment around platters to share or individual dishes inspired by local flavours. If you were missing something, you should not have hesitated to let us know your wishes on the spot. Please note that we have just implemented a new solution on the hotel terrace, it is now possible to eat on the go pizzas, shellfish and burgers. I hope that your stay at the Écrin Blanc will leave you with many beautiful memories and that we will have the pleasure of seeing you again soon. Long week-end en famille pour profiter de randonnées et de l’Aquamotion directement depuis l’hôtel. Recharge de la voiture électrique avant de reprendre la route: pratique. Les plus de l’hôtel: la déco, le salon cinéma avec les popcorn, l’accueil et les conseils du concierge, le restaurant, l’accès direct à l’Aquamotion.
