"Staff were lovely, receptionist was fabulous to deal with.. hotel itself felt dated, 5/6 staff always standing at entry to the bar felt awkward and intimidating when you arrive. Paid for upgraded room for birthday treat but it most definitely didn’t seem like an upgrade"
