Very good quality hotel. The personal is really helpful, friendly and polite. Nice spa and pools. Great food, good amount of choices. Nice bar with wide range of options. Also really close to the city center and to the ski lift. Excellent location. In general I enjoyed my stay a lot. Some things I didn’t like. - fee for sauna entertainment for 5 start hotel it’s a shame. - I’ve never seen that crowded hotel. It felt a bit overwhelming. - Not possible to pay extra for good view, so it’s just luck if you have nice view room or not.

"Wie immer voll zufrieden in diesem Hotel !"

Waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel. Angefangen vom Servicepersonal über die Zimmerausstattung, Sauberkeit, Frühstücksleistung und Parkmöglichkeiten bis hin zum Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Werden also noch öfters dieses Hotel aufsuchen.

Otrevlig och okunnig personal när vi checkade in. Vi va 3 hungriga personer och restaurangen va öppen, men dom kunde inte servera oss mat ändå, pga att ett busslass hade anlänt. När vi checkade ut var personalen bättre.
