"The stay was great. The food was ok, seasoning could’ve been better. The bar and drinks were amazing. The front desk was amazing and Michael was a great host. The hotel called for transportation whenever we needed it. All the staff were amazing and kind. There were small ants in our room but it wasn’t a problem."

"We just stayed here Sep 28-Oct 2 and I honestly have nothing negative to say! Location ond BEACH 10/10!! 15-20 mins drive from the airport. we took a taxi/shuttle with other people being dropped off at other hotels which was fine 15 USD PP (shuttle was not included by hotel). transportation to the airport was arranged by our front desk (private driver) also 15 USD PP so make sure you ask them to schedule it for you. This time of year is their low season which was perfect for us! Perfect weather ( I think we only experienced some late afternoon rain 1 of the 4 days we were there)and low crowds/less kids. But during this time many hotels/businesses do their renovations so some stuff outside the resorts is closed. We were told actually that Alexandra is usually closed during this time but man I hope they keep it open same time next year because I'm coming back! Front desk check in was super quick ond easy. She went through everything with us and then we walked over to see Andrea and booked all of our dinner resos for the entire stay (2 at Blue Haven). BEACH OH EM GEE: Beautiful Grace Bay white sands crystal clear water. Bars open at 11 am but if you want a drink you can get it from the breakfast place. Jerk chicken on the beach daily for lunch was delicious. Stayed at a renovated room. Clean. Comfy. Pop, beer, water restocked daily. Coffee/smoothie bar was great. Blue Haven we went once and didn’t care for. Our restos and all food was great Shout out to all Alexandra staff"

"This resort was Amazing, I wish the beach area were a little bigger but was still great. The staff go above and beyond. Rooms were clean, wish all rooms had a balcony but still very comfy. Food was great and service was too."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The setting is simply spectacular. Miles of pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a level of tranquility that is increasingly difficult to find. Many mornings and afternoons we had long stretches of beach almost entirely to ourselves, walking or swimming in what truly felt like our own private paradise. Our beachfront villa with its private pool was exceptional. Waking up, making a coffee, and walking straight from our terrace onto the beach became our favorite daily ritual. This is not the place for loud entertainment or crowded all-inclusive vacations. It is the place to slow down, recharge, enjoy nature, and experience understated luxury with impeccable service. Thank you to the entire COMO Parrot Cay team for an unforgettable week. We are already looking forward to coming back."
