The best part of the experience was the service from the manager and Estelle, an employee at the front desk. They were both the sweetest and very helpful in giving recommendations and negotiating with the moto taxis. "

So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...
