Check in was abysmal, we received an email two days prior to say we would get a code to enter the hotel and the room but nothing! t was disgusting.
"I had a problem and went to reception but received no assistance; in fact, a man from the residence pushed me out. The room was very dirty: hair on the bed, coffee stains on the furniture, dirty walls, stains on the mattress covers... It was disgusting."
